Cancellation Policy

At Olowalu Dog Ranch, our goal is to provide effective and personalized dog training sessions tailored to meet your dog's unique needs. To ensure the best experience for you and your pet, please review the following policies: Scheduling and Cancellations: -Appointments can be booked online up to 24 hours in advance. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session to avoid a cancellation fee. Payment: - Full payment is required at completion of session. - Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or late cancellations. Safety Requirements: -All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Proof of vaccination may be required through Pre-Screen Interview. -Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must be disclosed in advance to ensure the appropriate trainer is assigned. Session Guidelines: -Please arrive on time to maximize the value of your session. -Owners are encouraged to participate in the training process for continuity and better results. Results: While our trainers are committed to achieving positive outcomes, individual results may vary based on the dog's temperament, history, and consistency in training at home.
